Responsible for sending 75,000 direct mail pieces every month, Liberis were struggling to maintain their creativity, and were keen to bring some fresh eyes to the table – it was time to call on Challenge!
Successful direct mail is all about combining eye-catching creative with a powerful message, engaging customers on the doormat before driving them to take desired next steps. We sat with Liberis’ sales teams to understand their audience and what approaches they found worked best, making sure that any creative we proposed was starting the conversations the sales teams were expected to finish.
We used this insight to scamp out a range of possible creative approaches, whilst our copywriters set about drafting some significantly punchier content.
These concepts were then refined, finalised and managed through the personalised printing and mailing processes.
c75,000 personalised, die-cut mailers were sent out to Liberis’ prospect database.
Due to the nature of their business, Liberis were unable to share specific campaign results, but were thrilled by the clear uplift in inbound contacts and increase in productive sales calls.
This was the first of many direct mail pieces we did for Liberis, so we were clearly doing something right!
