5. Delivery and Production:
The turnaround time for the additional 500 videos will match the timeline agreed upon for the original order.
Any specific requirements or constraints related to the delivery and production of the videos will apply to both the original and additional videos.
6. Liability and Disclaimers:
Challenge Marketing is not liable for any delay or failure in delivering the additional 500 videos due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
The quality and usability of the additional videos are subject to the same standards and specifications as the original order.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
The offer of the additional 500 videos can be withdrawn at the discretion of Challenge Marketing at any time without prior notice.
There is no refund, cancellation, or monetary alternative available for the additional 500 videos.
In the event of order cancellation, the customer forfeits the right to the additional 500 videos.
