It was in 2017 that Lucy Allen, our CEO, started Challenge Marketing. What began at her dining table, swiftly grew into an endeavour that demanded a team – a team composed of experts who embodied excellence from the outset.
Lucy, with a background as a creative, approaches every project through a lens of inventiveness, a trait she lovingly inherited from her father, Peter Allen — a creative juggernaut who once quipped, “We put the ‘Allen’ in Challenge,” giving our agency its name and spirit, a loving tribute to his legacy.
Years passed by, projects were delivered, the team grew and new topics were successfully conquered but one ethos never changed – “Regardless of what we do, it has to engage and resonate with the target audience”.
