Your buyers are asking AI.
Are you the answer?
Right now a buyer who has never heard of you is asking ChatGPT who to shortlist. It answers in seconds and names your competitors. You never find out the conversation happened.
VIP is not another dashboard. Challenge's marketers run the research, read it through behavioural science and tell you what to fix first. Built for marketing leads who do not have a team to run this themselves.
“There was no new platform to learn and no dashboard to decipher. Challenge did the heavy lifting.”
Tools show you a number. We tell you what to do about it.
Most AI visibility services start and end with a platform. You get a dashboard, a score and a list of issues, and then the work of understanding it lands on you. VIP is a managed service run by marketers. There is no software to integrate, no licence for IT to manage and nothing for your team to learn. You get a report, a conversation and a ranked list of what to fix.
We run it.
Challenge builds the question set your buyers actually ask, gathers the evidence AI engines draw on and separates what matters from noise. You see where you stand without doing the work.
We explain it.
Every finding comes with the reason behind it and a judgement on how much it matters. Reasons, not reports. Direction, not another dashboard to interpret.
People decide.
Our team read the evidence through applied behavioural science. The aim is not to please an algorithm. It is to make your brand easier for machines to understand and easier for people to trust and choose.
“I had already done some research using ChatGPT and Claude, but VIP brought everything together in a comprehensive report that was easy to digest and showed us the practical actions we could take next.”
Tools show you the gap. We show you why it is there and how to close it.
The conversation started without you.
of nearly 18,000 business buyers surveyed by Forrester used AI somewhere in their buying process.
Forrester, 2026 Buyers' Journey Survey
The first conversation about your brand may now happen inside an AI answer, before a buyer reaches your website or speaks to your sales team. Your website still matters. It is no longer the only place your brand is found, interpreted and judged.
Do not take our word for it.
Open your AI of choice and ask the question your best buyer asks before they shortlist. Read the answer. That is what your market is being told about you today. If it is not what you hoped, that is the gap.
Bring the question to the form below and we will start from there.
“Challenge have opened our eyes to blind spots that have a real impact on our brand. The report was digestible and actionable, and genuinely thought-provoking for the next phase of our brand development and proposition.”
This is what lands on your desk.
Every VIP engagement starts here. Typically within 3–5 working days you get a Challenge Visibility Score out of 100 against three named competitors, a seven-dimension scorecard, the diagnosis behind every gap and the fixes ranked by impact. Then we walk you through it, finding by finding, so your team knows what matters, what to challenge and where to act first.

How we assess, stated plainly
We read the grounding signals AI engines build answers from and project what they mean for your highest-priority questions. Our team do the reading, supported by Joshua, Challenge's own analysis system. Live engine testing and the full technical crawl are Sprint work, and we say so.
“What really surprised me was how deeply AI examines the business behind the story. VIP uncovered issues most clients would never notice, but which could affect how Ortecha is understood and recommended.”
How far do you want to take it?
The Investigation gives you the evidence. What you do with it is your call. Take the findings and act on them yourself, or ask Challenge to carry them through. Scope and price for every next step are confirmed once we have seen your results.
The Sprint
From £4,995
Four to six weeks of focused fixes against your highest-impact gaps, then a 90-day remeasurement to show what moved.
The Programme
From £4,750 a month, six months minimum
Monthly priorities, content built against your action areas, citations built up over time and quarterly remeasurement against your competitive set.
The Partnership
Bespoke
AI visibility built into your brand, campaign and content decisions from the brief stage, with Challenge keeping the work moving alongside your team.
Every route starts with the same evidence.
Good enough can end the search.
People do not examine every option before deciding. We stop searching once an answer feels credible and good enough, then apply rigour to what is in front of us. That holds in regulated B2B purchases too. Procurement scrutinises the shortlist. The shortlist itself is built by someone reaching for a plausible answer and stopping there.
AI brings that stopping point forward. If your brand is missing from the answer, it may never reach the shortlist the rest of the process is built on.
If you are not in the answer, engagement never starts.
“We use shortcuts to make decisions manageable and often stop when something feels credible and good enough. AI may bring that stopping point forward, but the judgement, trust and consequences still belong to people.”

“Using VIP gave us a clear, honest baseline for how Crufts shows up in AI today, along with practical actions that are within our control.”
“It gave us useful insights into where we had opportunities to improve and helped us prioritise our next steps. We were able to take the findings and turn them into concrete changes.”
“The VIP Investigation revealed eye-opening insights into how AI search evaluates our brand and surfaces information about us. Despite our ongoing efforts, the Investigation uncovered simple, fixable errors we’d completely missed.”
Who is VIP for?
Growing businesses, founder-led organisations and marketing teams that know AI visibility matters but do not have the time, tools or specialist resource to investigate and manage it themselves. It supports B2B and B2C brands. You do not need an existing AEO or GEO strategy, or a technical team, to begin.
Do I have to start with the Investigation?
Yes. Every VIP tier begins with the £2,500 Investigation, charged separately from any further support. It creates the evidence-led baseline that everything else is measured and scoped against. If it gives your team everything it needs to act, you can stop there. If you want Challenge's help testing, implementing or managing the work, the findings shape what happens next.
Does the Investigation test our brand in live AI engines?
No. It examines the public information and technical signals AI systems draw on, reads your robots.txt and llms.txt directly and projects what that evidence is likely to mean for your priority buyer questions. Live testing across agreed engines and the full technical crawl sit within the Sprint. The Investigation shows us what is worth testing and fixing.
Can VIP guarantee that AI systems will recommend us?
No credible provider can guarantee what an independent AI system will say. Its answers vary by engine, prompt, user context and time. VIP improves the quality, clarity and credibility of the evidence those systems have to work with, then gives you a comparable baseline so movement can be measured rather than claimed.
What happens after I get in touch?
Someone from Challenge will be in touch to confirm scope and book your onboarding call. We will ask about your brand, what you want to be known for, the questions buyers ask, the competitors that matter and anything that has recently changed. It is a focused conversation, not a lengthy questionnaire.
What is Joshua?
Joshua is Challenge Marketing's proprietary Engagement Intelligence system. Within VIP it helps us interrogate the evidence, identify patterns and prioritise the action areas most likely to matter. It does not make decisions in isolation. The Challenge team reviews the evidence, challenges the output and applies human judgement before anything reaches you.
Book your Investigation.
Tell us who you are and the question your buyers ask. We will be in touch to confirm scope and book your onboarding call. The Investigation is £2,500 and typically takes 3–5 working days.
